FlexWorkspace ("we") is a workspace directory and referral service. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you submit in a form: name, phone, email, and what kind of space you need
- How you found us: landing page, referrer and campaign tags, kept in your browser's localStorage
- Usage analytics via Google Analytics (cookies)
- If you use the voice concierge, your audio is processed by our voice provider (Vapi) to hold the conversation
How we use it
To match you with workspaces, confirm pricing and availability, arrange tours, and follow up on your request. We may earn a referral fee from an operator when you book through us — it never changes your price.
Who we share it with
Only the workspace operator(s) relevant to your enquiry, and the services that run this site (Google Analytics, our form backend on Google infrastructure, our voice provider). We never sell your information.
Your choices
You can block cookies and clear localStorage in your browser at any time. To have your enquiry details corrected or deleted, send us a note through any form on this site and we'll take care of it.
