Virtual office in Huntsville, AL: all six compared
Last reviewed October 22, 2026
A virtual office is the cheapest way to put a real Huntsville address on your business without renting a room. Six of the eight workspaces we track in the metro sell one, and they are not remotely the same product: one answers your phone in your company name and keeps a notary on site, two are national centres whose listed amenities do not mention mail at all, and one only hands over a business address once you are on its second membership tier.
Here is the part most directories will not tell you: not one of the six publishes a price for a virtual-office plan. Any site quoting you a figure for a Huntsville virtual office made it up or is quoting a different product. What follows is only what each operator actually lists, plus the three questions worth asking before you pay anybody.
The full-service option: a receptionist, not just an address
If what you want is for a human to answer the phone as your company, there is one address in Huntsville that lists it. The turn-key office on Old Monrovia Road (HSV-05) lists a live receptionist and phone answering, a business phone and fax number, call forwarding, mail handling and a business address, secretarial services and a notary public for an extra fee. Nothing else in the metro lists that combination.
It is the one listing of the six that publishes no monthly rate and no day rate at all — the only number on it is $75 an hour for a room. So this is a phone-call-and-a-quote operator by design, not a sign-up-online one.
Address and mail, bundled into a membership
Three independents treat the business address as a perk of membership rather than a standalone product, which usually makes it cheaper if you are going to use the space anyway and worse value if you never set foot in it.
The space near Big Spring Park (HSV-03) lists business address and mail services on membership tiers, alongside 24/7 access, ample parking, printing and a group meeting room with a smart TV and whiteboard. It is one of only three Huntsville listings that says it offers tours, so you can see the building before you put it on a letterhead.
The suite on Boulevard South (HSV-04) lists mail and package handling plus an on-site community manager and administrative support — relevant if you expect anything to arrive that needs signing for. It also lists gigabit fiber and free on-site parking.
The West Huntsville space (HSV-08) lists a business address from its second membership tier upward — worth knowing, because the entry tier will not get you one. Its published membership entry point is the lowest of any Huntsville listing at $150 a month, though that is a desk rate, not a virtual-office rate.
The two national centres — read the amenity list twice
The centre on Market Street (HSV-06) and the one on Old Madison Pike (HSV-07) are both in Cummings Research Park and both describe virtual-office plans. These are the two closest addresses we track to Madison and to Redstone Arsenal, which is often the whole reason somebody wants a Huntsville address in the first place.
But be precise about what is on the page: neither of these two lists mail handling or mail reception among its amenities, while the three independents above all do. For a national operator that almost certainly means mail is a separate paid line on the virtual-office plan rather than something missing — but it is not something we can confirm from our data, so ask, and get the answer in writing. What they do publish is day access at $69 (Market Street) and $59 (Old Madison Pike), and rooms at $39 and $29 an hour — the cheapest meeting-room rate in the metro.
What we deliberately cannot tell you
We publish what operators publish, and we do not fill gaps with guesses. On Huntsville virtual offices the gaps are large and worth naming:
- No prices. None of the six publishes a virtual-office rate. The monthly figures on our pages ($150, $600, $750) are general membership rates and the $59/$69 are day passes. Treat any quoted “Huntsville virtual office from $X” you find elsewhere with suspicion.
- No mail-forwarding detail. Whether mail is scanned, forwarded, held for collection, or capped by volume is not published by any of them.
- No terms. Minimum commitment, deposit and notice period are unpublished across all six.
- No confirmation of what the address may be used for. Operators differ, and that is a question for them and for your own adviser, not for a directory.
If you tell us what you need the address to do, we will put the question to the operators directly and come back with their answer and their price. That is free and we are not paid by whoever you pick.
If an address alone is not enough
A good number of people who search for a virtual office actually need somewhere to sit occasionally, or a room to meet a client in — and once that is true the maths changes, because a part-time desk is often not much more than an address plus two room bookings a month.
Work through coworking versus a private office in Huntsville if you are weighing the two, meeting rooms in Huntsville from $29 an hour if it is really just rooms you need, or all eight Huntsville workspaces compared for the full picture. Day passes across the metro run $35 to $69.
Frequently asked questions
We cannot tell you, and we will not invent a figure: not one of the six Huntsville operators that offers a virtual office publishes a price for it. The monthly rates shown on our listing pages — $150, $600 and $750 — are general membership rates, and $59 and $69 are day passes, so none of them is a virtual-office price. Tell us what you need and we will get quotes from the operators directly, at no charge.
One: the turn-key office on Old Monrovia Road (HSV-05). It is the only Huntsville listing whose amenities name a live receptionist and phone answering, a business phone and fax number, and call forwarding. It also lists secretarial services and a notary public for an extra fee.
We do not track a workspace inside Madison city limits. The two closest are both in Cummings Research Park: the centre on Old Madison Pike (HSV-07) and the one on Market Street (HSV-06). Both describe virtual-office plans, and both are on the Madison side of Huntsville.
Usually not. Google's own guidelines require a business to be staffed at the address during its stated hours, so a mail-and-address-only plan generally will not qualify, however real the building is. If a verifiable local listing is the goal rather than just an address, a private office or a dedicated desk with staffed hours is the honest answer — and you should confirm the specifics with the operator before you pay for anything.
No, and we are not the right people to advise on it. A virtual office is a commercial service giving you an address and usually mail handling; a registered agent is a separate legal role with its own requirements. Several of these operators may be happy for you to use their address on paperwork and others may not — ask them directly, and ask your own attorney or accountant about the registered-agent side.
That depends on the operator and is not published, but the hourly rates themselves are: $29 at Old Madison Pike (HSV-07), $35 near Big Spring Park (HSV-03), $39 on Market Street (HSV-06) and $75 on Old Monrovia Road (HSV-05). The West Huntsville space (HSV-08) lists free meeting rooms for members, and the Boulevard South suite (HSV-04) publishes no hourly rate at all.
